 Cadenza is a small, mixed-voice choir based in Edinburgh, Scotland.Founded in 1992, the choir performs regularly throughout Scotland and beyond with a wide-ranging repertoire which includes folk, jazz and popular songs as well as Renaissance church music, major choral works and contemporary classics.More about Cadenza

Voices of JoyCadenza's CD, entitled 'Voices of Joy' was recorded at the end of March 2004, and released in August 2004. The CD features Ken Johnston's atmospheric new choral work, ' O Columba', commissioned by Cadenza as part of their ten year birthday celebrations in 2002, and premiered by them in their Edinburgh Fringe concert in Greyfriars Kirk in August 2003. There is a large selection of other music of all sorts on the CD, and it will make a splendid addition to any music lover's CD collection.More...
